Procurement Analyst

Procurement Analyst | 12-Month Contract* | Perth CBD

Join a global energy leader and play a key role in supporting major Exploration & Production (E&P) projects. We’re partnering with a leading oil & gas operator to find a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to assist with contracts, procurement reporting, and supplier engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement and contract management activities across major E&P projects

• Assist with procurement reporting, compliance monitoring, and ensuring data accuracy

• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to meet project timelines

• Ensure alignment with procurement procedures, governance frameworks, and business standards

• Manage contract administration tasks and support tendering processes as required

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with a major oil & gas company, ideally within the Exploration & Production space

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a procurement reporting and planning role

• Strong experience with contract and procurement methods, terminology, and processes

• High level of attention to detail, enabling concise and accurate reporting

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Tertiary qualification in Law, Economics, Engineering (or other relevant field), or equivalent experience

The Offer

• Location: Perth CBD

• Duration: 12-month contract

• Daily Rate: Competitive, based on experience

• Work Rights: Must have full Australian working rights
