About the role



Airswift is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Perth, WA. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising and maintaining efficient industrial processes and systems. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work for a leading engineering and technical services provider.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, developing, and implementing effective industrial processes and systems to support operational efficiency

• Interpreting and analysing process data to uncover opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement

• Identifying and resolving process-related challenges to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements across engineering and production workflows

• Preparing detailed technical documentation and reports to support process improvement initiatives

• Ensuring all activities align with industry regulations and uphold the highest safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or a related discipline

• 3–5 years of hands-on site experience in a similar engineering role

• Solid understanding of the mining and engineering sectors, with proven exposure to gold projects

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams

• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and safety protocols

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to engineering challenges
