Location: Qatar


Requirement: English (fluent); Chinese proficiency is a plus.





Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marine Engineering or related discipline.
  
• Industry Experience: Minimum 15 years in piping design for offshore platforms, with at least 3 years in Qatar or Middle East projects.
  
• Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years managing piping design teams.
  

Key Competencies

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in piping design principles, international standards (ASME 31.3), and Qatar-specific regulations.
  
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in PDMS, E3D, CAESAR II for 3D modeling and stress analysis.
  
• Team Management: Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
  
• Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent English communication skills; adept at resolving technical and project-related challenges.
  

Work Conditions

• Base: Office-based in West Bay, Qatar
  
• Business Trips: May include travel to Abu Dhabi, China, and Singapore
  
• Rotation: 1 month annual leave
  
• Contract Duration: Annually renewable contract
  
• Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
