Position title: Senior Piping Engineer


Working Location: Singapore


Tenure: Contract

Job Responsibilities:





1. Review Project document from the client.


2. Responsible for deliverables in his field within schedule, QHSE plan, contractual, requirements and project specifications.


3. Ensures the technical deliverables are in line with project specifications, schedule, and within budgeted cost.


4. Coordinates with Lead Engineer, Lead of other discipline and project support functions such as procurement and planning.


5. May provide guidance to junior specialist engineer on his specific scope within the project.


6. Review other discipline deliverable and provide input. CAPEX Estimate





Job Requirements:





1. Singaporean or Singapore PR only


2. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification engineering.


3. Industry Specific Experience: Minimum 10 Years in FEED and Detail engineering of FPSO , Offshore platforms and wellhead platforms. Area lead experience of one large size FPSO project.


4. Codes and Regulations, Standards/specifications and methodologies. ASME, API and ISO standards


5. Job Specific Knowledge: Has a sound capability in interpreting and applying local and international Engineering Design


6. Able to execute 3D projects with data centric project execution. AVEVA Engineering, E3D and Laser scan


7. Competent with procedures for the preparation and checking of calculations, document and drawings for complex plants FEED and Detail engineering of FPSO.


8. Competent in carrying out stress calculations using Caesar II software.


9. Knowledge of Piping material codes and standard.


10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedule.


11. Ability to work independently and as part of team.
