We are currently recruiting for a Pipeline Technologies Project Manager to be based in Paris. This position is offered on a 12-month (extendable) contract and focuses on managing technical, operational, and regulatory aspects of pipeline projects.



Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project planning, preparation, and execution activities
• Oversee operations related to welding, NDT, and Field Joint Coating (FJC)
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and client requirements
• Supervise operations readiness and ensure project milestones are met
• Conduct technical oversight and problem-solving throughout project phases
• Interface with internal departments, subcontractors, and engineering specialists
• Support HSE protocols and contribute to risk management strategies

Skills / Qualifications

• Senior Engineer with a background in welding, FJC, NDT, pipeline equipment, or related operational disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in pipeline or energy projects
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; French is a plus
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and field operations
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with proven problem-solving abilities
• BOSIET certification (OPITO-approved) and valid MFC required prior to assignment start
