Position: Offshore Construction Supervisor

Location: Offshore (Rotation-based 5weeks on, 5 weeks off)

Contract Type: 1 year contract

Start Date: January 2026

Airswift is proud to partner with a leading global energy company to recruit an Offshore Construction Supervisor for an upcoming offshore installation project. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of offshore operations.



Key Responsibilities

• Supervise offshore installation activities during 12-hour shifts, ensuring compliance with HSSE standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including ROV, Diving, Deck, Bridge, and FPSO personnel.
• Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
• Monitor progress, log shift reports, and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Contribute operational expertise to project preparation when office-based.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or diploma .
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in offshore subsea and mooring installation (Oil & Gas or Renewables).
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of offshore construction techniques, FPSO mooring systems, ROV operations, and lifting activities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, HSSE standards, and best practices.
• Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET with HUET, OGUK medical).

Desirable

• NEBOSH/IOSH certification.
• Experience with DP vessels and SIMOPS coordination.
• IMCA-related exposure for ROV/Diving operations.
