Role Overview

• Support the execution of external and internal communications for our client's initiatives and projects.
• Plan and deliver assigned MDI communications activities in coordination with team members.
• Coordinate logistics and liaise with PNG Team Leader to ensure timely and budget-compliant communications activities.
• Build and manage relationships between MDI and assigned partners.
• Prepare and facilitate communications activities, presentations, conferences, or learning events.
• Support regular reporting and contribute to improving communications strategies.
• Liaise with PNG Team Leader on progress, risk management, and adherence to policies.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the PNG Team Leader.

Skills & Qualifications

• Communications: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Multimedia Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in using multimedia and communications platforms/tools.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent observation and record-keeping skills.
• Relationship Management: Experience in building professional relationships in the PNG context.
• Adaptability: Experience working in challenging environments requiring resilience.
• Remote Communication Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Education & Experience

• Qualifications: Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience: At least three years in multimedia and communications roles.
