We are partnering with our client, Technip Energies to recruit a skilled Modular Steel Structural Analysis Engineer to join a their Paris team on a full-time contract basis. You will be involved in sizing studies of Steel Frame and/or Concretre structures for a Middle East LNG Project.


Role Overview:


Establishment of the design of the Modular Metal structures, as well as the calculations and sizing of the latter and the verification of the modular metal structure structures.


Studies of their interfaces with the associated concrete structures as well as the verification of the execution studies carried out by the metal builders and/or yards.


Also involved in studies related to maritime and land transport, including the elements necessary for the stability of the structures and the reinforcement of the ships.





 Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Structural Steel Computing / Analysis Engineer, with knowledge of industrial facilities; sequence of tasks; control of upstream and downstream interfaces.:
  
  
• The ability to apply project procedures from the point of view of respect for the circulation of documents; of strict application of procedures for the execution of tasks.
  
  
• The ability to work with the standards, rules and study instructions of the project
  
• Coordination with the other designers working in neighbouring sectors to control inter-sector interfaces.
  
• Constant monitoring of project developments.
  
• Understanding technical English (reading/understanding technical documents),
  
• Technical reporting to the Head of the Calculation Section.
