Role Overview

• Perform maintenance on Caterpillar 3606 A3, 3616 A4, Ariel reciprocating compressors JGT-4, JGC-4, and KBZ-6 frame.
• Conduct maintenance on diaphragm pumps, centrifugal charge pumps, triplex pumps, and horizontal pumps.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of Sullair and Atlas Copco rotary screw air compressors.
• Ensure proper functioning of vapor recovery units and natural gas rotary screw compressors.
• Utilize lifting and rigging techniques to safely operate overhead cranes and crane trucks.
• Operate forklifts and man lifts as required for various tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical Expertise: Proficient in the maintenance of compressors and pumps.
• Specific Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with Caterpillar 3606 A3, Ariel reciprocating compressors, diaphragm pumps, and rotary screw air compressors.
• Lifting and Rigging Skills: Experience in lifting and rigging operations.
• Crane Operation: Ability to operate overhead cranes and crane trucks safely.
• Forklift Operation: Competence in operating forklifts and man lifts.

Education & Experience

• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical technology .
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial setting.
