Role Overview

• Comply with all safety, health, and environmental rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Perform safety, quality, and environmental inspections as assigned.
• Conduct regular housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Complete inspections, lubrication, and servicing of machinery.
• Troubleshoot and maintain centrifugal and mag drive pumps.
• Analyze mechanical and electrical problems, suggest solutions, and implement repairs.
• Recommend refurbishment or replacement of equipment.
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems; participate in commissioning.
• Document maintenance work, parts used, and repair procedures.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians.
• Collaborate with team members to solve plant problems and achieve goals.
• Participate in special information or problem-solving teams as requested.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and mobile equipment.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Dexterity for routine work including operation of tools and equipment.
• Ability to distinguish colors associated with electric wiring and respond to alarms.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or GED required; Plant or Maintenance Technology Certificate .
• Minimum 5 years of plant maintenance experience .
• Valid CA driver's license required.
• Bilingual skills .
