Learning & Development External Consultant

Airswift is seeking a Learning & Development External Consultant to work on a Contractor position in Rio de Janeiro with an Oil and Gas Company.





JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning & Development analyst to support the Project Technical/Development learning demands. This temporary position will play a crucial role in facilitating training programs, coordinating learning initiatives, and ensuring that all technical and development training needs are met effectively.





- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess and develop technical/development courses related to projects.


- Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and technical requirements.


- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation.


- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.


- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and outcomes.


- Work according the company University governing documents.





JOB QUALIFICATIONS 


- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or Engineering.


- Previous Operation & Maintenance field experience and/or related Training coordination/delivery is .


- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


- Advanced English


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
