Offshore Company Site Representative – Light Construction Vessel
Location: Offshore Angola
Start Date: Mid-November 2025
Contract: 3 Months
Rotation: 4 Weeks On / Day Shift (06:00–18:00)
About the Role
Airswift is recruiting on behalf of a leading international energy company for an experienced Offshore Company Site Representative to join a high-profile brownfield project onboard a Light Construction Vessel in Angola. This rotational offshore role involves complex SIMOPS operations on live FPSOs and a congested seabed, requiring strong leadership and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the company’s focal point onboard the vessel, ensuring safe and compliant execution of offshore operations.
- Supervise SURF Contractor activities including:
- Subsea structure installation
- Spools cutting and relocation
- Flexible flowline relocation
- ROV operations and pre-commissioning
- Lead the onboard team and ensure alignment with project procedures and HSE standards.
- Manage SIMOPS/COMOPS and emergency situations in coordination with onshore teams.
- Ensure proper documentation, certification, and traceability (MWS, ICAPS, installation readiness).
- Provide daily reporting and proactive communication with onshore management.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years in offshore oil & gas
- At least 5 years in SURF project supervision
- Recent deep-water project experience required
- Education: Engineering degree or equivalent
- : Fluent in English

- BOSIET, HUET
- GSES, MEMIR
- ENG1 Medical Certificate
