Join our dynamic team as an Integrated Production Planning Manager in the thriving LNG industry! This is a unique opportunity to lead and optimize production planning efforts in Soyo, Angola, where your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and maximizing cargo loadings.

Role Overview

• Provide oversight and development of Tactical Gas and Production Planning teams to improve accuracy and dependability of production management.
• Manage ALM schedules, optimize gas supplier interfaces, and develop advanced reporting tools.
• Coordinate daily feed gas supply from offshore block suppliers across 8 operators.
• Oversee fuel gas supply coordination to external stakeholders.
• Facilitate business plan coordination for ALNG gas supply and production.
• Interface daily with ALNG operations via the Integrated Operations Center.
• Develop and enhance tools for managing and optimizing production within the plant.
• Liaise with Marine and ALM marketing departments, as well as Commercial and Tax departments.
• Mentor and develop the workforce, focusing on emerging production planning leaders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of OEMS and OE requirements.
• Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in international cultures.
• Operations Experience: 10+ years in oil and gas operations, preferably in LNG processing plants.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities for data accuracy and quality assurance.
• Digital Tools: Proficient in advanced software and digital tool development.
• MS Software Tools: Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering disciplines .
• Extensive experience in production planning in complex process facilities may substitute for an engineering degree.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese .
