Position Overview:

This role provides technical and cybersecurity governance and oversight for the engineering, design, and deliverables of PCN/OT systems within a project division. The position reports to a Team Lead and will be embedded within the project delivery teams to enable successful delivery of PCN/OT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an integrated member of a multi-disciplinary Engineering & Execution Team to support project delivery, including collaboration with Process Automation System Integrator (PASI) and Main Automation Contractor (MAC) teams.

  • Provide technical and cybersecurity input into designs and deliverables to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and technical controls.

  • Advise internal and external stakeholders on compliance and cybersecurity requirements for PCN/OT systems.

  • Review design documentation, participate in workshops, and attend Contractor FAT to ensure deliverables align with Basis of Design, PCN/OT Philosophy, and contractual agreements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across teams, acting as a key liaison to facilitate IT&T deliverables and effective stakeholder communication.

  • Coordinate with technical governance teams to apply current PCN cybersecurity standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support the transition of PCN/OT systems from project phase into Production Operations.

  • Ensure system documentation for PCN systems is accurate and updated.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing PCN/OT systems with adherence to cybersecurity and compliance standards.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to set expectations and educate on design and cybersecurity requirements.

  • Hands-on experience in administration, support, and troubleshooting of PCN/OT systems.

  • Technical proficiency in operating systems and technologies such as Microsoft, Cisco, Hirschmann, VMware.

  • Experience provisioning and supporting Windows Active Directory domains, forests, and associated services.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for OT/IT technical issues.

  • In-depth knowledge of security zones and network/system integration requirements per IEC 62443.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical practitioners on:

    • SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems

    • OPC, Historians, relational databases

    • Network topology and protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus)

    • Industry standards and best practices for IT/OT environments

    • Secure network architectures for IT/OT integration

  • Experience in large-scale or complex projects is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
