Join our client as an Information Technology - Support Services Analyst II, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems for a leading organization in the technology sector. This full-time contract position offers you the opportunity to work onsite on a rotational basis and make a significant impact on our client's IT infrastructure.
Role Overview
- Perform a variety of professional, technical, and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server, and desktop computer systems and networks.
- Analyze, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies.
- Configure and install computer hardware and software.
- Manage inventory control of IT equipment and supplies.
- Upgrade hardware and software components.
- Maintain IT hardware asset and software tracking.
- Monitor and collect data on system performance.
- Work with moderate work direction while demonstrating skills and knowledge pertinent to the position.
- Lead projects and manage/training of other team members as a senior Technical Analyst.
Skills & Qualifications
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field .
- Certifications: Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL are advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on troubleshooting and system management.
- Software Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnosing and resolving software issues.
- ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with IT Infrastructure Library best practices.
- IT Infrastructure: Extensive working knowledge of IT infrastructure components.
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Skilled in identifying and fixing hardware-related problems.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Experience in managing customer relationships effectively.
- Data Analytics: Ability to analyze data for performance monitoring.
- Data Administration: Knowledge in managing data effectively.
