Take the lead in optimizing gas systems across a global oil production fleet. As the Global Gas System Team Lead, you’ll ensure efficiency, safety, and sustainability while driving innovation and continuous improvement.



Role Overview

• Own and monitor KPIs and surveillance requirements for high-performing gas systems.
• Lead system design improvements for both existing assets and new builds.
• Contribute to the Smart Operation Production Hub Roadmap using predictive technologies.
• Provide technical support across WIN, EXECUTE, START-UP, and OPERATE phases.
• Develop and update 3-year plans and departmental budgets.
• Participate in HAZOP and HAZID processes.
• Ensure OEM healthcare contracts and remote monitoring services are in place before start-up.
• Support audits and ensure asset control.
• Engage with strategic suppliers and cross-functional technical departments.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering or Rotating Equipment Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• At least 6 years of operational experience with gas systems.
• Experience with FPSO operations.
• Proven expertise in engineering, commissioning, and operational activities.
• Strong understanding of gas treatment, thermodynamics simulation, and process equipment design.
• Experience with systems engineering, reliability, and safety frameworks.
