About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead (Electrical) to oversee and guide electrical engineering activities for major onshore LNG projects. This role ensures compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while providing technical leadership to contractors and stakeholders.





Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all electrical engineering activities for the NFW Offplot Project.
  
• Ensure designs comply with Company and international codes and standards.
  
• Provide technical guidance to FEED and EPC contractors and resolve discipline-related issues.
  
• Oversee contractor performance, resource adequacy, and technical competency.
  
• Support commissioning and start-up activities.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, EPC contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  
• Promote safety leadership and compliance with SHES standards.
  

Minimum Requirements

• Education:
  
  
  
  
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
  
  
  
  
  

• Experience:
  
  
  
  
  
• Minimum 8 years in engineering roles.
  
• At least 4 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
  
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or contractor oversight role.
  
• Proven experience across project phases (FEED to Start-up).
  
• Brownfield engineering and execution knowledge.
  
  
  
  
  

• Technical Expertise:
  
  
  
  
  
• Electrical systems for LNG facilities (onshore).
  
• High-voltage transmission and medium-voltage distribution.
  
• Familiarity with sour gas service and LNG operations.
  
• Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards.
