We are seeking skilled Electricians to join our team in the manufacturing sector, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing electrical systems and equipment.
Role Overview
- Inspect, install, repair, adjust, construct, modify, calibrate, program, and wire electrical and electronic apparatus.
- Assist in the design and service of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical malfunctions to OEM specifications.
- Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and process work orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
- Participate in production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
- Attend Line-Out meetings to communicate daily activities between shifts.
- Perform required maintenance checks as established by the Maintenance Department.
Skills & Qualifications
- Electrical Design: Proficient in electrical design principles.
- PLC Knowledge: Extensive hands-on experience with PLCs and VFDs.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Advanced troubleshooting capabilities with equipment software .
- Schematic Reading: Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematic drawings.
- Communication: Effective communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Word Processing, Development, Design, Internet software, Order processing systems, and Project Management software.
Education & Experience
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
- : College Degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications: Electrical certification or technical degree .
- Experience: At least 5 years in industrial electrical maintenance and repair.
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive bill rate of $55-$70 all-inclusive.
- Full-time contract position with a rotating shift schedule.
