Job Title: DSV Company Site Representative (CSR)
Job Purpose
The DSV Company Site Representative (CSR) serves as the primary interface between the Company and the Contractor Vessel Superintendent. This role is responsible for overseeing on-vessel construction and technical activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance, supporting incident response, and providing technical installation support to the Vessel Management Team. The CSR ensures full alignment with approved installation procedures and risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to specifications and approved procedures.
- Support project planning, procedure reviews, and execution-related technical matters.
- Attend vessel safety meetings and toolbox talks to ensure clarity of planned activities.
- Communicate safety alerts to contractors and vessel teams.
- Ensure closure of HAZID/HIRA and safety meeting action items before critical scope execution.
- Act as the focal point for SIMOPS and PTW coordination within 500 m of company assets.
- Manage site queries and changes through the management of the change process.
- Conduct daily walk-throughs to assess progress, safety, and housekeeping.
- Contribute to SIMOPS documentation to ensure safe diving operations and coordination.
- Maintain a detailed offshore diary, including lessons learned and key communications.
- Support emergency response, incident notifications, and reporting.
- Participate in contractor incident investigations and root cause analyses.
- Oversee contractor marine activities in collaboration with the marine specialist.
- Ensure vessel compliance with company standards through site verification.
Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive offshore experience on Diving Support Vessels (DSVs).
- Basic training or knowledge in:
- Weld Inspection
- Lifting & Rigging
- Scaffold Safety
- Safety Representative Training
- Weld Inspection
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 20 years in marine construction.
- Minimum 15 years in offshore installation.
- Minimum 10 years in offshore DSV supervisory roles.
- Minimum 5 years as a commercial diver (preferably saturation diving).
- Strong understanding of marine operations involving DP3 Heavy Lift Vessels, DP2 MSVs, anchor handling tugs, and DSVs.
- Fluent in English.

Assignment Details

- Contract Duration: 18 months – EXTENDABLE
- Working Schedule: 6 days per week
