About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic, commercially-minded leader to drive customer-facing offers and commercial partnerships across the ANZ region. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of high-impact initiatives including gift cards, B2B fuelcard products, and promotional partnerships — all with a focus on shaping customer experience and delivering tangible business outcomes.

This 12-month parental leave cover offers you the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and lead the planning and execution of a key annual conference attended by high-value partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as product owner for gift card solutions across ANZ, managing both physical and digital offerings

• Develop and execute strategic customer offers and B2B programs

• Manage key commercial partnerships and vendor relationships, including contract oversight and performance metrics

• Lead internal and external events including a flagship partner conference (with agency support)

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, sales, finance, and operations to bring offers to life

• Support budgeting, reporting, reconciliation, and communications across initiatives

• Contribute to broader strategic planning and customer innovation efforts

About You

You’re a results-driven marketing or partnerships professional with a strong commercial lens. You thrive in a cross-functional environment and are known for your ability to bring ideas to life — from strategy through to execution.

You’ll bring:

• 4+ years’ experience in marketing, partnerships, or customer offer development

• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with proven budget management experience

• Experience leading complex projects and events with multiple stakeholders

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to influence without direct authority

• A flexible, agile mindset with a love for problem-solving and strategic thinking

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, marketing, engineering or similar
