Contracts Adviser – New Energy & Carbon Services
? Perth-based | $950–$1000/day | 12-month contract

We’re proud to be partnering with Woodside to find a Contracts Adviser to support their New Energy and Carbon Services division. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to pioneering projects in decarbonisation and energy innovation, all from their Perth-based headquarters.
You’ll lead the full contract lifecycle – from strategy and tender through to post-award – working closely with key stakeholders to deliver best-in-class commercial outcomes across a portfolio of forward-looking initiatives.
? Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management within assigned portfolios

Prepare ITTs/RFQs, evaluate tenders, negotiate terms, and finalise contracts

Develop Contracting Plans, Variations, Execution Authorities, and approvals

Collaborate across internal teams to align contracts with technical and commercial goals

Identify and deliver cost-saving and value-adding opportunities

Provide market intelligence and strategic support across the division
? What We’re Looking For
-
5+ years' experience in contracts, procurement or commercial advisory roles

Strong understanding of pre-award tendering and contract strategy
-
Proven stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities

Degree qualified in Business, Law, Commerce, Engineering or similar
-
Resilient, adaptable, and proactive individual with a passion for sustainability

Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset
