Contracts Adviser – New Energy & Carbon Services

? Perth-based | $950–$1000/day | 12-month contract

We’re proud to be partnering with Woodside to find a Contracts Adviser to support their New Energy and Carbon Services division. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to pioneering projects in decarbonisation and energy innovation, all from their Perth-based headquarters.

You’ll lead the full contract lifecycle – from strategy and tender through to post-award – working closely with key stakeholders to deliver best-in-class commercial outcomes across a portfolio of forward-looking initiatives.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management within assigned portfolios

• Prepare ITTs/RFQs, evaluate tenders, negotiate terms, and finalise contracts

• Develop Contracting Plans, Variations, Execution Authorities, and approvals

• Collaborate across internal teams to align contracts with technical and commercial goals

• Identify and deliver cost-saving and value-adding opportunities

• Provide market intelligence and strategic support across the division

? What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in contracts, procurement or commercial advisory roles

• Strong understanding of pre-award tendering and contract strategy

• Proven stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities

• Degree qualified in Business, Law, Commerce, Engineering or similar

• Resilient, adaptable, and proactive individual with a passion for sustainability

• Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset
