Labourer / Construction Worker – Solar PV Projects
Location: Oahu, Hawaii
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: $20–$25/hour depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (6:30 AM–5:30 PM)
A growing renewable energy contractor is seeking hardworking Construction Labourers to support solar PV installation projects across Oahu. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with at least 1 year of construction experience looking to transition into solar, or a new graduate eager to start a career in the industry.
What you’ll do
• Dig holes, trenches, and post footings for solar racking and site infrastructure.
• Assist with site preparation, material handling, and general labour tasks.
• Support installation crews with tool and equipment movement.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites.
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures on site.
What we’re looking for
• At least 1 year of construction or general labour experience preferred.
• OR recent graduate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours.
• Comfortable with physical labour, outdoor work, and Hawaii weather conditions.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
