About the Role
Zing Recruiting is seeking a Zoho CRM Administrator to support one of our growing healthcare clients.
We’re looking for a Zoho expert — someone who knows the platform inside and out and can train internal staff, improve workflows, and make the CRM run like a well-oiled machine.
This position is hybrid, but we’re open to fully remote candidates for the right person.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain the company’s Zoho CRM platform daily
- Train staff across multiple departments on CRM functionality and best practices
- Customize and optimize the system (fields, forms, templates, dashboards)
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of all CRM data
- Create reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve CRM usage
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to enhance performance
- Manage user roles, permissions, and system configurations
What You’ll Bring
- Strong Zoho CRM experience — required (you’re the go-to expert, not a beginner)
- Prior experience training others on CRM tools or processes
- 3+ years of experience in CRM administration, operations, or systems support
- 3+ years of healthcare operations (ABA experience )
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
