Yard Operations Manager in Rialto

A global construction services equipment operations needs an operations leader to run a yard in Rialto, CA.

This yard runs scaffolding, mast climbers, rope access equipment, and concrete forming and shoring gear for the construction of stadiums, hospitals, and power plants.

Step into a hands-on leadership role and help run the equipment that keeps major job sites moving.

Experience required

Construction equipment rentals and/or concrete equipment (trenches, forms, shores) rental experience is required.

The yard rents out scaffolding, mast climbers, rope access equipment, and concrete forming and shoring gear.

Benefits: The pay is up to $130k plus benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, and PTO.

This job is full-time and direct-hire.

Job Duties

• Receive incoming equipment.
• inspect returned equipment for damage.
• stage equipment for outgoing orders.
• load trucks.
• unload trucks.
• keep the yard organized.

Job Responsibilities

• help lead a crew of 10 to 20 employees.
• track equipment availability.
• help keep inventory records accurate.
• train new crew members.
• enforce yard safety rules.
