We have an immediate need for a Workplace Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our office environment. This role will assist with workplace logistics, vendor coordination, general office support, and employee engagement initiatives. 

Overview:

• Support daily office operations to maintain a smooth and efficient workplace environment
• Field employee and workplace requests, ensuring items are properly documented and addressed
• Maintain organization and functionality of common areas, breakrooms, and conference rooms
• Prepare meeting spaces, including room setup, coffee service, catering coordination, and stocking refreshments
• Source and coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and operational needs, while overseeing that work is completed correctly and efficiently

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter who can work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and managing service requests
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

 Qualifications

• Approximately 1–2+ years of relevant experience in workplace experience, office operations, or facilities

Must be able to pass criminal background check.
