Our client, a digital mental health startup valued at $3.3 billion, is connecting providers with a network of over 10 million members across 450 companies, including Microsoft, Target, and Delta Air Lines. They are currently seeking Mental Health Consultants to join their platform and provide remote services. Requirements:

  • Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience, with at least 1 year post-licensure
  • Background in management consultation, critical incident response, and training delivery
  • Experience with regulated industries (DOT/NRC )
  • Proficient with telehealth and evidence-based modalities (e.g., short-term, solution-focused therapy)
  • Skilled in risk assessment, safety planning, and timely documentation
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with clinical teams
  • Strong commitment to , , and ethical practice

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver critical incident response and provide immediate mental health support
  • Conduct tailored training sessions and benefit promotion events for employees
  • Offer management consultations and HR guidance on workplace and organizational issues
  • Assess and manage member or organizational crises, including safety planning and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with risk management and confidentiality standards
