Position Overview for the Program Manager: Someone with experience partnering with senior leadership (Directors, Managing Directors, and VPs) across business and/or IT divisions. Experience with consulting or HR Management of a restructuring effort at a 5k+ organization. Strong capability in Excel/PowerPoint/other Microsoft suite apps (use of formulas, queries, etc.). Prior airline experience within business and technology divisions would be great, however, not required.

Required Skills for the Program Manager:

• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Strategy & Planning (Reorganizational)
• 5+ years of experience Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Lists, PowerBI)
• 5+ years of experience Program Management
• Experience with workforce management applications (SuccessFactors/Employee Central, Workday, etc.)
• Experience in large corporate organizational restructuring
