Requirements for Subcontractor Crews-Minimum 5 years of residential window and door installation experience.-Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills.-Must have an LLC/EIN and carry full insurance: liability, auto, and workers’ compensation.-Must have EPA/Lead Certification.-Provide your own enclosed trailer or truck, equipped to transport windows, plus a metal brake and tools.-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.-Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 90 lbs. unassisted.-Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication.-Positive, professional attitude when working with homeowners.
