Position Summary:

Sterling Windows Systems, a well-established manufacturer and installer of high-quality windows and doors, is seeking a skilled and reliable Window and Door Service Technician to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have experience in window and door installation and repair, as well as minor home repairs. As a part of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our residential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of windows and doors for residential clients.
• Conduct minor home repairs related to window and door installations.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor while working in clients' homes.
• Participate in making deliveries of products and materials as needed.
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in window and door installation, repair, or related construction experience.
• Knowledge of general construction practices, hand tools, and power tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Additional Information:

• Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour
• Full-time position
