Summary:

As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team to provide and oversee the delivery and classification of incoming stock.
• Managing internal systems to show receivership of goods, stocking levels and location of stock.
• Sharing information and data with internal cross-functional teams to highlight potential risks and opportunities.
• Continually identifying and implementing enhancements to processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Leading internal process by example to ensure compliance, safety and quality for your warehouse team.

• To be successful in this role, you will:
• Have a degree in a related discipline or a High School Diploma/GED with solid, industry experience gained in warehousing or logistics.
• Demonstrate leadership experience of managing a team in a cross-functional business organization.
• Have solid knowledge and understanding of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Show excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to utilize LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies.
