Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Wet Process Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will execute the wet processing steps involved in our production, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to safety standards. Your proactive approach will help optimize processes, maintain equipment, and support overall manufacturing efficiency. Duties

• Operate and monitor wet process equipment such as mixers, filters, and chemical handling systems to ensure smooth production flow
• Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain product quality and safety compliance (take this out and put batch prod tkt & ISO in it’s place?)
• Handle materials safely using warehouse experience and forklift skills for loading, unloading, and storage of raw materials and finished products
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas, performing preventive maintenance as needed to minimize downtime
• Assist with laboratory testing and quality control procedures to verify product specifications meet required standards
• Support packaging operations by preparing products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of process parameters, material usage, and production logs in accordance with lean manufacturing principles

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on wet processing or chemical handling is
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Valid forklift certification for safe handling of materials within warehouse settings will be required once employed by The Seydel Companies
• Laboratory experience is advantageous for conducting quality checks and supporting process validation
• Knowledge of packaging procedures and materials handling processes essential for seamless production flow
• Prior warehouse experience combined with machining skills will be considered a plus for versatile operational support
