Job Description

Deine Aufgaben: * Unterstützung bei der Pflege von Online-Formularen, Registrierungen, E-Mail-Vorlagen und Datensätzen. Kontrolle und Korrektur von Datenqualität * Verwaltung und Pflege von Benutzerzugängen und Profilen (E-Learning-Systeme, Portale, interne Tools). Dokumentation von Änderungen und Pflege von Nutzerlisten * Aktualisierung von Webseiteninhalten (Texte, Bilder, Übersetzungen) in Abstimmung mit dem Team.

Unterstützung bei Korrekturlesen, Qualitätsprüfung und Lokalisierung (Deutsch/Englisch) * Dokumentation von Prozessen und Erstellung von Anleitungen, Unterstützung beim Testen neuer Funktionen und Systemupdates * Erstellung einfacher Reports und Exporte (z. B. Excel, Dashboards).
