HVAC Apprentice
Location: Westminster, MD
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive hourly rate: $18-$24 (based on experience)

Job Summary:
As an HVAC Apprentice, you'll assist experienced technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to get hands-on experience and grow within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with HVAC system installation and service
  
  
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
  
  
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces
  
  
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
  
  
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
  
  
• Support journeymen and senior techs as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  
• Valid drivers license
  
  
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  
  
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or various weather conditions
  
  
• Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with hand tools a plus
  
  
• Enrolled in or interested in an HVAC trade program ( but not required)
