Key Responsibilities:

Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve well pump issues effectively for residential customers.

Diagnose, repair, and install various types of well pumps and their associated components (e.g., pressure tanks, control boxes, wiring).
-
Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic issues within well water systems.
-
Install, maintain, and repair various types of well pumps (e.g., submersible, jet, centrifugal), motors, and associated components.
-
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to well pump systems, including low water pressure, no water, pump cycling, electrical faults, and hydraulic problems.

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on well systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Assess and service pressure tanks, control boxes, wiring, piping, and other integral parts of the well system.

Educate customers on well pump system operation, maintenance best practices, and recommended solutions in a clear and professional manner.

Operate and maintain company-provided tools and equipment.

Adhere to all safety protocols and industry best practices during service calls.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: 4+ years of experience working with residential well pump systems

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Sales Acumen: Sales experience is a plus.

Professionalism: Must be professional and clean-cut.

Driving Record: Must have a Valid Driver's License and a Clean Driving Record.

Pre-Employment Checks: Must be willing to submit to background checks and drug screening.
