Welding Supervisor- Structural Steel

$90,000–$100,000/year

A structural steel fabrication company is seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to lead daily shop operations, oversee fabrication quality, and support production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise welding and fabrication crews
• Coordinate production schedules and workflow
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Train and mentor shop personnel
• Partner with QA/QC and production leadership to resolve issues

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop
• Structural steel industry experience required
• Strong knowledge of FCAW & SAW welding processes
• Experience with AISC and AWS standards
• Blueprint reading and fabrication experience required
• Familiarity with 3G & 6G welding applications
• Must be open to overtime and occasional Saturdays
