We are seeking a Welding Lead to join our team in Lakeland, FL

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience with manufacturing
• Experience with Mig and Tig welding
• Good verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), experience with ERP system.
• Strong leadership skills
• Must be able to read tape measure
• Must be able to read blueprints
