**JOB IS IN FLORIDA - REQUIRES RELOCATION TO FLORIDA**
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers and technical experts to assess training needs across departments.
- Design and develop structured training programs, materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to specific roles.
- Incorporate industry standards and best practices to ensure training content remains accurate, effective, and compliant.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees at all levels using a variety of instructional methods, including classroom instruction, workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics to maximize participation while minimizing operational disruption.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through observation, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Ensure all training initiatives comply with safety regulations, company policies, and applicable industry standards.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and performance documentation for regulatory and internal reporting purposes.
- Monitor regulatory updates and industry trends to keep training materials current and compliant.
- Analyze training results and workforce performance data to identify areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and improve training programs based on feedback and evolving operational needs.
- Stay informed on emerging training technologies and methodologies to improve delivery and engagement.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees seeking additional training or professional growth opportunities.
- Provide guidance on skill development pathways and career advancement.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, safety, and professional development throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in fabrication, including proper welding procedures, blueprint reading, and use of oxy-fuel torches.
- Proven experience developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs in a manufacturing, fabrication, or construction environment.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and effective training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized with strong project management and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to adjust hours as training needs require.
