We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various welding techniques and be able to work with different materials. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting blueprints & engineering drawings to weld and fabricate large, heavy-duty tooling all while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
· Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process for the task
· Weld and fabricate using top of the line machinery to assist in the tool fabrication process
· Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
· Inspect all welds for accuracy and ensure that the welded components meet high quality standards
· Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools
· Collaborate with the production team to meet all project deadlines and quality requirements
· Follow all safety guidelines, common sense practices and maintain a clean organized work environment
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a welder in professional manufacturing environment or a construction environment
· Strong knowledge of various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG and Stick welding
· Ability to read and interpret blue prints and engineering drawings
· Proficient use of welding equipment and tools
· Knowledgeable in metallurgy and metal fabrication processes
· Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
· Strong communication and team work skills
· Ability to work independently and problem sole
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Welding certifications (ie AWS Certification)
· Current records of continued work experience
