We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join a manufacturing team in Wolcott, IN. In this role, you will weld and fabricate steel components by following blueprints, production specifications, and established welding procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and production specifications.
• Measure, cut, fit, and prepare materials for fabrication.
• Perform MIG welding, including multi-pass welding, to meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished welds and parts to ensure they meet blueprint tolerances.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Welding school or 2+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Multi-pass welding experience is required.
• TIG welding experience is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a hands-on welding test.
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and use precision measuring tools.
• Experience using inspection equipment to verify part quality.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment maintenance.
• Steel-toe footwear, welding hood, hand protection is reequired
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout scheduled shift

Employment Type & Compensation

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
• Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience
• Application Period: This position will remain open until filled
