Gillmann Services is hiring experienced Installers to install metal staircases, railings, and misc. metals on commercial job sites.

This is a hands-on field position, you’ll be working with a crew to set, level, anchor, and install fabricated materials. This is NOT a general labor role.

If you’ve worked with stairs, railings, structural steel, or similar installs, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

• Install metal stairs, handrails, guardrails, and misc. metals
• Read and follow blueprints and layout drawings
• Set, level, and secure materials to concrete or steel structures
• Drill and install anchors (Hilti, wedge anchors, etc.)
• Perform field modifications (cutting, grinding, fitting)
• Assist with light welding in the field (MIG/Stick a plus)
• Work safely on ladders, lifts, and active job sites

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of construction or installation experience
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic prints
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation and ability to get to job sites
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a crew
