Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Welder with expertise in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes. The ideal candidate will be certified and experienced in 3G and 4G positions, capable of producing high-quality welds on various metals and structures. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Execute welding in 3G (vertical) and 4G (overhead) positions with proficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Perform cutting, grinding, and fitting as required for project completion.
• Follow all company, industry, and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and engineers to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Welder with MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
• Certification in 3G and 4G welding (required).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various positions/environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or trade school .

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working in overhead or confined spaces for extended periods.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
