Position: Welder

Location: Troy, OH

Shift/Hours: 1st Shift | 7am - 4pm

Required Experience:

• Current and valid AWS D1.1 Welder Certification in relevant processes and positions.
• 2+ years of structural or heavy fabrication welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Aluminium is Required
• Stainless Steel is nice to have
• Strong ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Proficient in FCAW, MIG, and TIG.
• Ability to pass a company-administered weld test.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various positions.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical welding training .
• Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness

Experience:

• Multi-process certifications..
• Experience welding heavy equipment frames, skids, or large structural assemblies.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems, or AISC standards.
• Overhead crane and forklift certification.
