Unite Contracting is seeking 6G TIG GTAW Pipe Welders (Full-Time, No per diem full time permanent work Compensation: $30.00 – $32.00/hour | Hours: 40–60 per week

All candidates must complete a 6G TIG GTAW Pipe Weld Test and a Flux core Plate Weld Test 3G & 4G

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality TIG and Flux core welding on pipes and plates.

• Fabricate and assemble metal components to precise specifications.

• Install, maintain, and repair a variety of mechanical systems and equipment.

• Calculate and verify material dimensions and tolerances.

• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure weld integrity and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with TIG and Flux core welding on 6G pipe

• Proven ability to pass a 6G TIG and Flux core 3G & 4G welding test

• Strong familiarity with welding equipment, techniques, and safety procedures

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

• Capable of lifting, bending, and performing physically demanding tasks

Position Summary:

As a Pipe Welder at Unite Contracting, you will be responsible for executing critical welding tasks in alignment with project specifications and safety standards. Reporting to the Lead Welder, your technical expertise and craftsmanship will directly contribute to the success of our operations in the construction and manufacturing sectors.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40–60 per week
