Perform advanced metal fabrication and modification work including welding, cutting, and brazing in support of the development, maintenance, and modification of manufactured product.

JOB DUTIES:

· Apply fabrication skills to perform assembly and modification

· Make safety and health a priority during all work (and home) activities.

· Perform layout and fabrication work based on work instructions, engineering drawings, specifications, repair manuals, and solid models for assembly and modification

Perform brazing, MIG, TIG, stick, and wire feed welding of a variety of materials and parts, in all positions, and with precise heat application and control.

Provide input to supervisor and team for continuous improvement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 3-5 years of experience as a welder in the fabrication and Mig Welding

· Must be able to work continuously on one’s feet for 8 hours per day in a variety of environmental conditions (i.e. inside/outside, hot/cold/inclement weather, dusty environment)

· Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with coworkers and customers

Willingness and ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to read blueprints.

· Experience with MIG welding

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 + depending on experience
