Duties, Responsibilities, Qualifications, and Requirements

• Safely performing high quality workmanship assembling a verity of weldments per Drawings, Codes, and Specifications using GMAW
• Ability to read weld symbols
• Perform oxy-fuel torch cutting of parts for assembly.
• Perform carbon arc gouging.
• Grinding and cleaning
• Inspection of personal work before turning over to QC.
• Safely handle material with fork truck and overhead crane.
• 2 years welding experience .
• Basic shop math, basic mechanical skills.
• Overhead crane experience .
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with hands and arms. Ability to perform the physical demands of the job, to include prolonged standing, as well as lifting and moving heavy objects, stand and reach with hands and arms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
