Job Title: Welder
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Location: Brookfield, WI 53045
Salary Range: $53,000–$62,000
Job Summary: We’re seeking a skilled Welder with experience in MIG and TIG welding across stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel. You’ll fabricate frames, cabinets, tanks, and more, using jigs, fixtures, and precision measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG/TIG welding on various metals
- Fabricate components using fit-up jigs, clamps, and templates
- Operate welding, soldering, and brazing equipment
- Use precision tools to inspect and verify dimensions
- Move equipment using hoists, cranes, and dollies
- Operate lathes, milling machines, and drill presses
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of vocational training or equivalent on-the-job experience
- 2–3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing setting
- Certified forklift license
