Job Description: Welder (Metal Fabricator)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder/Metal Fabricator to join our client's production team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various welding techniques and knowledgeable in the fabrication of metal structures and products. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and a high degree of precision to produce quality work.

Experience: 2+ Years
Shift: Monday through Friday; Business Hours
Pay Rate: $17 - $18 /hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld and fabricate metal components to create finished products or structures.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Operate and maintain welding equipment, including welders, cutters, and grinders.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Welder or Metal Fabricator.

• Proficiency in common welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• A valid welding certification is a plus.
