Welder I (Entry-Level) – Hiring Now!

Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Welder I to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in welding and fabrication. You will assist in building steel frames and structural components in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding and assist with fabrication of steel frames and building components
• Operate tools such as grinders, scrapers, welding hoods, and gougers
• Follow all welding procedures, blueprints, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Participate in company training programs and adhere to policies
• Support team production goals and complete additional assigned duties

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge or experience with MIG welding ()
• Experience with plasma cutting or oxy-acetylene torch is a plus
• Welding certifications are helpful, but not required
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Education & Skills

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of fractions)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods

Schedule

• Full-time
• Overtime frequently available
