Salary Range: $42,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) according to specifications.
- Read and accurately interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools.
- Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure quality, strength, and adherence to standards.
- Prepare metal surfaces by grinding, cutting, and cleaning prior to welding.
- Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Physical dexterity, stamina, and ability to lift and manipulate heavy components.
- Relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS D1.1).
Bonus Qualifications
- AWS D1.1, D1.2, or other specialized code certifications.
- Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., TIG, MIG, Stick) across various material types.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with robotic welding or automated welding systems.
- Basic fabrication skills including cutting, grinding, and fitting.
