Welder (Grade 7) in Bath

\nWelding position, starting at $30.04/hr\n

\nResponsibilities for this position include:\n
\n
\n- Perform welding in all positions (laying down, kneeling, standing, overhead)\n
\n- Must be comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights over 6 feet\n
\n- Be able to carry/lift and setup welding equipment ranging from 20-66lbs\n
\n- Must be able to work inside/outside\n
\n
Required/ Education/Training\n
\n
\nRequired:\n
\n
\nCertificate or Associates Degree in Welding Technology \n
\n~or\n
\nTrade/Vocational School graduate with focus on FCAW or GMAW \n
\n~or \n
\n1 year FCAW/GMAW welding experience in heavy fabrication industry\n
\n
Required/ Experience\n
\n
\n- Must be able to demonstrate Welding ability/skill during assessment (interview)\n
\n- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job\n
\n- FCAW groove welding to U.T Testing standards\n
\n- Perform Fillet weld tests with the following processes FCAW/GMAW-P to Visual Testing standards\n
\n- Knowledge of AWS Welding Symbols\n
\n- Welding equipment setup and operation \n
\n
\n- Must be able to wear a respirator
